In order to inform objectively the public, on the basis of the statement of the Party for Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is today partially or completely published in some daily newspapers, the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange BiH - IDDEEA denied the facts stated in the above-mentioned statement.

Namely, there are exactly defined responsibilities of the manner and content of providing the data from Central Voters Register between the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange BiH and Central Voters Register.

Legal background for the delivery of these data is Law on Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange BiH, Election Law of BiH, uniform methodology and program for processing and keeping of records of Central Voters Register, and the Rulebook on contents and manner of register maintenance that was issued by the Council of Ministers in February 2009.

The Agency conducts its responsibilities in accordance with the law and neither can, nor has the authority to arbitrarily define the manner and content of providing the data from Central Voters Register or any registers technically maintained by the Agency.
